How reach Taormina?
If you come from Catanoa or Messina along the Highway Messina-Catania exit for Taormina. Clim up for 2 Km and you’ll arrived.
The main airport near Taormina is Catania airport Fontanarossa (65 Km)
By train is another possibility. In case you’ll arrive to Giardini-Taormina station, in the low part of the village
By bike.
You can cycle along National way and start to climb from the first crossroad along Giardini Naxos coast.
Climbing Taormina means:
-to be well fit, bacause you will encounter hard slopes
-Pay attention because the road you will climb is very narrow
